We'll together strategise on how to streamline operations, boost efficiency, and align every task with your overarching vision.

What's included in your 3 month investment
I will carry out an in-depth analysis of your current business challenges and offer strategic solutions to address and overcome the obstacles which are hindering your growth. More hours will be available at the start of the programme to enable me to really understand your business and understand your team.

You will receive a thorough review and audit of your operational processes and systems. I will identify any inefficiencies and provide recommendations for optimisation.

We will look at your team and streamline your onboarding processes for new team members. I will get to know each person on your team and identify their strengths and areas for improvement. I am keen on utilising Myers Briggs to understand team personalities and with your permission we will put this in place. We will look at opportunities to bring in new team members and how we can optimise the current skillset you have in the team.

After I have identified what areas require efficiency and consistency, I will work with your team and craft a number of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with implementation guidance. This will ensure that you have seamless integration into daily operations.

You can expect me to oversee and take management of key projects ensuring that they align with your business goals and that they are executed on time and within scope.

The 3 months will enable you to remove yourself from the weeds of the business whilst I immerse myself as your virtual business partner. At the end of this period, you will have a business that does not require you to be present at all times, answerable to everyone and making every daily operational decision.
