My Purposeful OBM Mentoring programme is designed for Virtual Assistants with at least two years of business experience and a background in project management, team leadership, or PA/EA roles. It’s tailored to support you in making the transition to a more strategic role with your clients, equipping you with the confidence, skills, and strategies needed to excel in this challenging yet rewarding work.

How We Work

Over four structured yet very flexible sessions, we’ll cover the following areas, adapting to your individual needs and priorities:

Embracing the Mindset of a Leader

  • Explore the shift from Virtual Assistant to OBM

  • Identify your strengths and areas for improvement

  • Eliminate limiting beliefs and focus on personal growth

Expanding Your Skillset

  • Master essential OBM tools such as SOPs, launches, and planning

  • Access templates and hands-on guidance to build your expertise

Services and Packages

  • Define your services, branding, and market position

  • Clarify your offerings, create packages, and develop pricing strategies

Transitioning and Growth

  • Learn to transition current clients and present upselling options

  • Set up sustainable systems and processes to support long-term growth.

A final wrap-up session (30 minutes to 1 hour) will assess your progress, pinpoint any remaining gaps, and explore opportunities for continued support.

As a Certified OBM, I bring a heart-led approach to mentoring, focusing on your unique goals and creating a business that truly lights you up. This 1:1 programme offers personalised support as you take the lead in client businesses while building your own meaningful impact.

Programme Details

Cost: £795 (payment plan available: £295 deposit + two instalments of £250).

Sessions: Four x 1.5-hour sessions spaced 2-4 weeks apart, plus a final wrap-up

session (whenever you choose)

Support: Ongoing access via WhatsApp during the programme.​
